Planning is the hardest part of any infrastructure project — and the part that decides whether it lands on time. Tell us what you need; we handle the rest, from server placement to networking and Wi-Fi coverage.
Tell us what you're building. We'll come back with a plan, a timeline, and a fixed quote.
We won't sell your data or send you marketing you didn't ask for.
Infrastructure delivered for 100+ organizations across North America
A missed dependency, an undersized circuit, a cutover scheduled over month-end close: the expensive problems are almost always decided before anyone touches hardware. We do that thinking up front, in writing, so there are no surprises on install day.
Every one of these is a planning decision, not an installation problem.
You get a named project lead from first site walk to final sign-off — the same person start to finish.
We walk the site, inventory what you have, and get clear on what the business actually needs.
Server placement, network topology, Wi-Fi coverage, and licensing — specified and costed.
A dated plan with dependencies mapped and cutover windows agreed around your operations.
We coordinate vendors, trades, and deliveries, and do the build with your lead on site.
Testing, staff walkthrough, and full documentation before we call it done.
One plan covering every layer of the build — so nothing falls between vendors.
Placement, sizing, virtualization, and the cooling and power to support it.
Switching, routing, firewalls, cabling runs, and the circuits to carry them.
Access point placement mapped to your floorplan — no dead zones, no guesswork.
Number porting, handsets, call flows, and the QoS to keep calls clean.
Microsoft 365, cloud desktop, and data migration sequenced to avoid downtime.
Access control, camera placement and coverage, retention, and remote viewing.
Documentation is part of the deliverable, not an afterthought. If you ever change providers, everything about your environment is written down and yours to keep.

We leveraged NetFusion Designs as our Trusted Managed IT Provider — they helped us scale our environment and streamline processes.
The support provided has been amazing!
No. Plenty of clients bring us in for a single project — an office move, a server refresh, a new location. If you'd like ongoing support afterwards we'll offer it, but there's no obligation either way.
It depends on the size and complexity of the build. We'll agree a fixed price for the planning work before we start, and if you go ahead with the install, that work feeds straight into the project quote.
Yes — and coordinating them is a large part of what we do. Electricians, cabling contractors, ISPs, and hardware suppliers all get sequenced into one schedule so nothing waits on something that hasn't been ordered.
Cutovers are planned for evenings, weekends, or whatever window suits your operations, with a rollback plan documented before we begin. The schedule is agreed with you — we don't pick the date unilaterally.
They often do. Changes are handled as a documented scope change with the cost and timeline impact spelled out before anyone proceeds, so you're never surprised by an invoice.
We'd be delighted to learn more about your business — and perhaps contribute to your success. Send us the outline and we'll come back with a plan, a timeline, and a fixed quote.
We'll reply within one business day.
